Fast & Reliable Shipping
We know you’re excited to receive your order! Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2 PM MST typically ship the same day whenever possible. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships.
Delivery times vary based on location and carrier performance. While overnight shipping usually arrives the next business day, delays can occasionally occur.
Adult Signature Required: All UPS shipments require an adult signature (21+).Carrier Responsibility: Once your order leaves our facility, shipping delays or damages must be addressed directly with the carrier (UPS or USPS).
Shipping Restrictions
Due to state regulations, we currently do not ship to the following states:Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, and Washington.
Because hemp and cannabis regulations continue to evolve, this list may change without notice. We will update our policy promptly to reflect new laws and availability.
Legal Compliance
All products from Leafy Beverage Inc. contain less than 0.3% THC on a dry-weight basis and comply with federal guidelines under the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill.
📦 Shipping Insurance Policy
To give you peace of mind, Leafy Beverage Inc. offers optional Shipping Insurance at 3.5% of your order total. This insurance covers loss or damage during transit.
If your package appears delayed or lost, please allow 3 business days from the expected delivery date before contacting our support team at sales@LeafyBev.com.
Please note:
We are not liable for orders once marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
Claims for lost packages must be filed within 15 days of the last tracking update.
We cannot cover shipments with an incorrect address provided by the customer.
For damaged items, please submit clear photo evidence of both the packaging and product to our support team for review.
